By almost double to 250k. Its not a lot, but saving 100k in a year is pretty fucking good. I gave a bit to charity, but really not that much.
Fuck you Haters. You hate me cuz you ain't me.

No I worked 65 hours a week all damn year long. I'm in my 30s. I'm only 58k away from buying my first house. Should be able to get it near September or October.

That’s awesome. I have been playing around with investing. I used to have a job with crazy hours like that but it was a set salary. I went back to school again so hopefully one day I will have it together

For someone in their 30's you're doing damn good. Congratulations. Unless your living rent free with the mortgage rates so low you should start looking for a house now. I know it sucks working such long hours but do it when your young and able. Start putting some funds in the market (401K, IRA...) now and you'll be set for an early retirement.

dude, he's being humble by posting this in Anon.
He is HAPPY and wants people to share in that happiness.
Yes OP, we are quite happy for you, you did something remarkable by doubling your six-figure net worth.
I am HAPPY when my fellow Shroomerites SUCCEED in their endeavors,
Check out https://www.goldmoney.com/ and https://www.bullionvault.com/
For a reasonable price you can immediately allocate some of your funds as gold, without having to take delivery. You can rapidly convert into, and out of gold being held in vaults all over the world.
Like a central bank, you may want to solidify some of your gains as gold.
A kilo of gold can be held there at a minimal cost, and represents little under 20% of your portfolio (you can also straight up buy a bar)
If you should experience catastrophy in your investments, you have a reserve capital to start over, that will correct for inflation over time.

330 this year, but I bought a house and I think I outlayed like 15k for new furniture and tools and shit, so that set me back a bit, plus markets were a bit down. Overall not terrible.
I'd like to be 350-375 next year.
And I'm really liking what gold is looking like Anon #5. I threw in some 2025 options for the GLD.

no man thats good! assets, a good house with good stuff, is super important now.
I urgently advise you to deposit 10-20% as allocated gold in a bullion bank or get 2 rolls of 10x1oz gold bullion coins in your possession
Good luck man!
