First timer here and was going well till I spotted what appears to be light green spot. Can someone confirm my suspicion of Trich?

Are u sure those are pink oysters? Look like lions mane growth to me. I dont see any trich. Is that a block or grain or a plate? if it is a block, you dont need to worry so much, cause the fruits will develop anyway. If it is grain os plate, and you have any reason to believe there might be a contamination, you should trash it.

Sorry guys I should have added more information. it is a sawdust block and it should be pink oyster at least that's what the syringe said. Here's a zoomed out image of it in a tub trying to fruit. I just got worried when I started to see tinges of green.

Definitely looks like pink oysters, too thick of myc for Lions Mane.
In the picture it doesn't look so much green as it looks like a toss up of metabolites? Hard to say...Of course, you'll certainly see more if it IS trich by tomorrow I think.

It hasn't gotten worse? Then I highly doubt it's trich. Trich spreads like a bad fire when it gets moving (especially if you see green). I don't see anything unnatural in that mix honestly, keep it up!
My bet is either discoloration from the straw or it's metabolites. Either way it looks healthy.

Yeah looks pretty healthy to me too. Might be pinks, hard to say when they are so little, I said lions mane cause sometimes my strain of lions mane pin in a pinkish tone when they are very small, and i didnt realized the picture was so zoomed in, I thought the formations where bigger. Anyway, just wait a few more days.

I will say that 3 days without change is troublesome though. It could be that they stopped growing cause your temps are way off the optimum range. If they are pinks, maybe its too cool for them. If they are not pinks, maybe its too hot. What are your temps?

75°ish 85-90rh And I meant 3 days with no noticeable color change to that specific zoomed in pic. Pins/🍄 are slowly expanding for sure.

You should have just cut a X in the bag instead of cutting off the whole top
