Although there is a substantial lack of information, and I'm not well acquainted with California species, I'll do my best.
I have numbered them by pictures (in hex for personal amusement):
#1 Coprinopsis maybe? Gill/underside shots needed #2 bolete, need pictures of cap, stem and a description #3 maybe Ramaria, close to R. botrytis #4 Mycena probably, perhaps M. oregonensis. #5 might be an immature Cortinarius #6 Mycena #7 possibly Pholiota sp. #8 I was going to suggest Fistulina hepatica, but I’d like to see the underside #9 possibly Stereum, close up shots of both surface and underside would help #A looks like Laccaria, maybe L. amethysteo-occidentalis #B could be Russula, but the picture is too blurry #C something like Dacrymyces chrysospermus #D no clue #E possibly Suillus, thinking something like S. fuscotomentosus #F Agaricales sense lato, more pictures and information needed #10 again possibly Suillus, could it be S. megaporinus? #11 looks like Helvella, possibly something like H. dryophila #12 Amanita muscaria #13 -same as #13- #14 possibly Russula, better pictures are needed #15 young polypore #16 another young polypore #17 more pictures and information needed #18 Pholiota or Hypholoma sp., gill/stem shot needed #19 Agaricales sensu lato, better picture and more info needed #1A more info needed #1B Polyporales sensu lato #1C gill shot needed #1D maybe Hemimycena sp. #1E shot of underside needed #1F likely Amanita muscaria #20 better pictures/fresh specimens needed #21 maybe Tricholoma? #22 Suillus, perhaps S. brevipes #23 Omphalotus olivascens? Gill shots needed #24 Hypholoma #25 possibly Cortinarius, gill shot needed #26 Amanita sect. Vaginatae #27 possibly Polyporus or related genus, pictures of underside needed #28 maybe Stereum, Tremella and Mycena (in the foreground) #29 looks like Armillaria #2A Cortinarius alboviolaceus #2B possibly Tricholoma sp., more info/pictures needed
Hopefully some knowledgeable Californians will fill in and/or correct my suggestions.

In notation already given:
#17 Phallus sp. Mayhaps ? #1D Marasmius calhouniae instead of HM ? #20 Pholiota sp or Cortinarius sp, i think it can't be determined more than that from only this one picture

I can't tell what it is, but it doesn't resemble any Phallus species I know of.

Very possible. A gill shot and habitat description might help.

My thought too, but the picture is blurry and doesn't give away the features very well.
As for #1, I'm now thinking possibly Cystoagaricus, not Coprinopsis.

Definitely not Fistulina then, Cortinarius is more probable.
