Is there a guide on cultivating mushrooms with no vermiculite or perlite?

I am looking for a guide on growing mushrooms start to finish with no perlite and no vermiculite.

Is there a tek like this? I have searched all over the net and have found conflicting answers, and have yet to come across a guide which teaches how to grow start to finish without these 2 items.

Sounds good, thanks. Any other alternatives? I have heard straw can be used as well.

If you want, definitely pasteurize it though.  You can grow on almost anything, as long as you prep it right.  Mow your lawn and use the grass clippings if you feel so inclined.

Actually though, you're highly unlikely to find a guide, start to finish, that describes what you're looking for.  Best bet is to, well, learn to grow first, then all the individual parts become modular and you can make any adjustments you need.  Just follow a bulk tek and leave out the verm while checking for field capacity.

Perlite is overrated
