Jars stalled for a long time, what to do?

I started my first set of pftek jars in late november, and I'd guess them at about 80% colonized and they just stopped. Is it acceptable to birth them (I know that they will likely fall apart due to incomplete colonization) and try to fruit the fragments? I've started a second set 2 weeks ago, and they are on the verge of overtaking the first set I inoculated. I'd like to try to get something out of the first attempt if possible, and maybe at least try to get a print from that variety and try it again.

What is the room temperature?
You can attempt to fruit whatever you have. I'd wait a few more weeks though
2 vermiculite 1 brf 1 water
You could also pinch some of the myc and grow it out on agar

It just seems to have really stopped, so I dont want to leave it too long and have it die off. I keep my room between 68-72 ish. If I wanted to try and fruit, I assume I'd just remove the cakes and take whatever pieces they crumble into from not being fully colonized, soak them, and set them up on foil over perlite?

pics and how are they setup. Could be infected or you're doing something to stifle growth, not enough info.

Here's a photo, I just put them on a shelf in a closet, and havent really messed with them much, 2 were definitely contaminated with some mold, so I got rid of them, the others all kinda colonized to this point, and havent done much if anything in about 2 weeks. The second set of jars have officially overtaken them in 1/3 the time. Upon closer inspection, I think 2 of them have actually completely colonized, but the other 6 are stalled out.

With Bacterial contam you may not see anything other than the mycelium growing strange, or stop growing into the grain or vermiculite and BRF altogether. If it smells weird or sweet once you open it that would be an indicator.
