Can an experienced grower help me with these pics?

Hello,
I am fairly new to growing. I spent a few months learning agar before I actually attempted growing anything, testing out transfers and identifying contaminants until I was confident in my agar abilities. Afterwards I grew my first batch of mushrooms via a bulk monotub, and it went very smoothly. I got a first flush of about 300 grams wet and then sadly my tub got a little patch of trich after I dunked it for a second flush. Tossed that sucker away like it was the plague and began my second grow asap (thankfully my work with agar ended up with me having plenty of beautiful plates to immediately transfer to grain.
I was even more patient and confident the second time around, and everything was (is?) going great. The first grow I had poor fae and that caused some if my mushrooms to have fuzzy feet. I believe I overconpensated a bit during my second grow and the sub did appear to be somewhat drier than I felt it should be, so I misted it a few times to get the humidity level back up and fanned to help the evaporation/condensation process get started. The only issue at first was that some caps became split due to dryness (at least I think this is what happened, maybe it was just genetics?). Anyways no issues there, just cosmetic. I was getting a few massive fruits compared to my first grow and was quite excited. However as the caps opened and they became ready for harvest, I noticed some discolouration on the tips of the caps, just a small circle. The colour is kind of hard to identify... maybe bluish-gray. Is this just bruising from the misting I had done? It does not feel slimy and I cannot scrape it off, it is literally just the colour. However, I have also noticed some of my pins have started to look funky, very white on top instead of brown. They do not look like aborts either. Could this also be from the misting? Please take a look at my pics below and let me know what your experience tells you this could be!
I also attached a pic of the mushrooms after I picked them just because I was excited about their size. Each was a little over 20 grams, which is so cool for me as my biggest fruit from my first grow was only about 11 grams. Thanks for any and all help with this.

Might just be genetics.
Psilocybe cubensis has a hygrophanous cap which means it changes colors slowly on the cap as it drys.
What is the humidity level?
Definitely could be getting too dry.
And nice fruits those are some big ones.

Thank you for the response! I think you are right about the discolouration on the caps caused naturally by drying. I am pretty confident it is not bacteria, I cannot scratch it off and it is not slimy in any way.
As for the humidity, I do not have any instruments to give an exact measurement. But from looking at the mycelium on the substrate, it is slightly glistening/frosted and there is a decent amount of condensation on the walls of the monotub. I have a tower fan in the room for circulation that is near the monotub but pointed away from it. I have 2 1/4inch holes on the top of the chamber that are open, and 2 1/4inch holes near the top of the substrate [middle of the chamber] that are loosely stuffed with polyfil.
The substrate looks a little weird compared to my first grow in that it is COVERED in knots and very small pins. You would think this is a good thing but I am worried my substrate does not have enough nutrients to support that many fruits and most of them will probably end up aborting. The only thing I am worried about now is the second picture I posted, with the pins that seem to be covered in a white substance and are slightly bruised. Is this something I should worry about or can that be caused by misting or too much moisture? Will these pins grow into healthy mushrooms given time? I guess I will find out soon enough.

The pictures are a bit small so i cant really say anything about the second pic.
I think over misting might be able to cause bruising as i would guess it would suffocate the mycelium.
You can get a little digital Hygrometer for pretty cheap.
Here is a random one.
