What is this?

Hi guys. I bought a grow kit (Supa gro kit XL from Zamnesia.com). It has been set up for 7 days now and as you can see in the pictures, a weird lump has grown up. Is that something to worry about? I never seen something like that before. And also it seems like the primordia have not been growing anymore for the last 2 days. Should I be worried?
Thanks guys
Btw, it is the "McKennaii" strain

You need to mist that shit! Its looking very dry
Surface conditions have to be juuust right. Mist it until you see thousands of very tiny droplets on the surface(no pooling)

Because plastic is 90% water and needs water to live you should definitely mist the plastic. In nature cubes grow under plastic to protect them from rain.

I actually sell grow boxes like yours and for the life of mine I can't begin to understand how it's even remotely fucking possible that all around the world, every single online grow gives people those atrocious instructions. I'm amazed some kits even grow shrooms.
You need to mist the casing, the humidity at surface level is what matters. Grab a spray bottle, take the box out of the bag and spray at a distance above so tiny beads of moisture fall gently onto the surface. Allow to evaporate and spray again when those beads of moisture start to dissipate.

Nice. If you want to mist the bag, do it, it won't hurt a thing and it can actually help raise the humidity in the bag but what really matters is the surface of the box. Good luck!

Haha!
Yeah you are right brother. Actually I have some spawn bags that I just injected with spores. But since it will take 3 weeks for them to be ready for spawning, and another 3 weeks before harvest (6 weeks! -.-), I thought I would buy a grow kit so I would get some mushrooms a little bit earlier until my monotube is ready. But damn these grow kits feel so unreliable! I bought several and they have been up now for 8 days. 6 days ago I saw these primordia or knots as you see in the pictures, but since then nothing has grown :/

The other day there was another guy posting a growbox and he also posted a link to the exact box he got for no less than 50 euros, it's outrageous.
Those things cost pennies to make and they actually use wet perlite (yes the stuff for the SGFC) in lieu of a proper substrate that actually retains water, only to cut down costs even more. The yields are usually shitty because of that and also because of their instructions. Either these people are a bunch of retards or it's some sort of twisted commercial strategy, so the customers fuck up often or never get good flushes so they buy more from them soon.
You could get the basic stuff to do a proper grow with those 50 euros ffs.

Yeah exactly haha! I never gonna buy this stuff again. But I hope I get a little harvest at least until my monotube is ready, so it's not a total waste of money.
