So are you supposed to pour the colonized sub in the jar first then the sub or sub and leave space for colonized sub? Should you cover with verm after or no point as you are going to shake the jar?

or you could make syringes from the healthy mycellium before you case or whatever. see my post on mycellial slurry, i think its in advanced cult.

What is the best way to prepare the Rye Grain jars? Meaning, how much parts Rye Grain/Vermiculite (if you even need verm). What is the best way to cook or prepare the grain (pressure cook at 30psi for 30 minutes??) Then also, what is the best way to case the Rye from the jars?

If you've got colonized jars that you birthed, sometimes there is mycelia stuck to the sides of the jar. You can add some distilled water and make mycelium syringes form that.

I feel cheated, where can I get the stuff that makes eggs look like brains?
