Peyote seedlings in winter

Hey all!
So I have these two little cups with peyote seedlings I started either in Feb or March last year. I bottom water them when looking dry, and I've been keeping them in a windowsill that gets lots of light.
Only thing is, now that it's winter that windowsill gets pretty chilly - I live in the North Eastern U.S.A. So far they seem fine , but I am just checking up to see - I could move them somewhere warmer but they would not get much light.
Thoughts?
Also, there is a thin layer on the sand of some kind of white fuzz, a mold of some type - I over bottom watered once and the top sand got wet. It hasn't seemed to have bothered the cacti but I wonder if anyone has thoughts on that. I could agitate the sand a little with a tooth pick to mess it up?

Thanks!

I have my Trichs and Lophs in my windowsill and it gets quite chilly during the nights.
This being said, it can get pretty cold in the desert at nights in their natural habitat so Lophs are used to much cooler temps than one would think.
However, I would put those underneath an LED or fluorescent light source. Those are a bit too small for year old seed grown cacti, no offense.
For the mold, just mix up a peroxide water solution and gently saturate the soil. That mold will be gone in no time

No offense taken. I welcome the advice, I'm a noob at cactus.
I have been thinking about dilute peroxide, but was afraid to try it without hearing it from someone else. Thanks!
These ones have grown weird. I guess the window they were in originally must not have been sunny enough. They grew kind of long and tall, like columnar cactus at first. They even got a little tippy, so I buried them a little more than halfway in that red sand to stabilize them. Now they are growing those little balls on top , which have been getting bigger. Strange, yeah?
How often do you water? I bottom water when they feel light, but I've been hesitant to give them much water since it's chilly -

I even use full strength peroxide on my plants to battle fungus gnats and I have never even remotely seen any adverse effects on any of my plants
Yeah, I have never seen Lophs grow like yours before that is for sure, and it will be cool to see what happens with their growth, when you give them proper lighting.
As far as the watering goes, if it's quite cool, and they look good, don't be in such a rush to water them, but then don't neglect them and totally let them dry out. you'll just have to use your on judgement on that.
I always kept mine under humidity domes for the first year, and that made it easier to regulate their watering schedule, but this is optional.

Right on, thanks -
These were under a humidity dome for a long time too, I slowly added holes until I took it off in September
