I injected 10 jars with two different strains (B+ and Ecquador). After 10 days, the B+ are about 65% colonized, but there has been no action among the Ecquador jars.

Is it allright if I inject more spores into the Ecquador jars?? Will there be a conflict if I decide to replace them with new B+ spores?

The jars seem to be perfectly fine. I mixed them just the same as the B+ (Im positive it's the spores). The jars have been in an incubator at 27C (80ish Farenheit) for 10 days, with the holes taped up since I steamed them.

first off take the tape off unless its micropore... they might need more air exchange in the jar. Take the tape off and cover the holes with 2 layers of coffee filter if you have nothing else to use. The best is tyvek or micropore tape

otherwise give them time. I have re-injected spores into a jar that was only growing on 1 side after 2 weeks and it worked fine. But it also gives another chance for contams to party with your shrooms, so id wait a bit longer to see

You don't need air exchange for germination. I would wait as to not introduce further contamination. It is possible to re-inject jars that have failed to germinate. I have done it before, but be sure which ones you actually grow from that jar, as you don't want to trade a misnamed print.
