Weird Fruits on PE

Good Morning Folks, This is my first grow of PE and I do have fruits (YAY). However, these cakes were over watered and now I have some cleaning to do. These PE pinned and looked very grey while pinning. Once they mature they seem to "brown out" and look like a normal cap. However, some fruits appear to be opening prematurely. Some have definitely aborted and need picked ASAP. I almost but completely stopped the misting process and have noticed that they are really pushing fruits/pins. There is also bluing and new myc growing (I think that is what it is, not contam). I put four pic here of two of the cakes. What should I do next? pick the aborts? How much longer do you guys think these fruits need to grow? I don't think my cakes are goners, but they do need some help! Thanks guys.

Go back to standard sgfc completely research and convert what you made into STANDARD sgfc. Then mist and fan or whatever the the tek says.
New bluing is stress. they need to be in their proper condition. Sgfc does that. Don't get creative the tek is tried and true sgfc is simple and if built right is pretty good.
1 more thing. You were patient untill now, just pretend they are 1/4 colonized pf tek jars and walk way. Do that 2 days and you will thank me. Or mist and fan and dont look at them and follow the tek but dont peek.

Thanks man, but I follow the SGFC Tek to a T (holes 2" apart all over, 4 inch of perlite, light cycle 12 hours). This pic was taken on the lid, outside the environment.

That's also a 8/10 pinset NOT BAD! we might get some hints about how they became over watered. Pic from inside? there are aspects easy to overlook amount of pearlite aluminum not trimming foil. FAN ON IN THE ROOM!?!!??!?!?!

from Principles and construction of Shotgun Fruiting Chambers (SGFC): TC
""Mist your cakes till they glisten with moisture. There is a magic time when your cakes are no longer glistening, but they still appear moist, this is when you want to mist again. The Misted Cake Project is a thread for pics of cakes to show what they look like at various stages of growth before and after misting. This thread will hopefully help you understand when to mist.""
Quote: If mushrooms have black heads and have stopped growing, they're aborts. Pick them off when you pick the rest of the flush. It's a myth that aborts will rot and ruin a substrate. It's normal, especially when you have a lot of mushrooms on a substrate for some to abort. A substrate can only support so much fruit, and if you get a really good pinset, expect some of them to abort. RR
