Good mycelium, but terrible flushes... 1

Hello and happy holidays!
I've been having this problem lately: great mycelial growth, but spotty flushes (really weak growth). See photos.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Monotub setup, with 4:1 spawn to substrate. So, 8 quarts of substrate to 2 quarts of nice white contemn-free spawn. Substrate is 50/50 coir/verm, with a few TB of gypsum. Pasteurized in the oven at 250 for ~2.5 hours. Field capacity.
Mycelium progresses nicely, looks really good. Fanning thoroughly 2x per day. But I get these random, weak flushes.
Any thoughts? Please?
Thank you!

try cloning some and look into casing layers. sub surface conditions and genetics are key

Try straight coir. Or less verm, 50% verm seems a lot. The recipe in Damien 5050's coir tek is 1 brick coir to 2 quarts verm. Maybe the verm isn't the issue, but still, more hydrated coir in the tub should mean more moisture for fruits!

Thank you. I've got a 1/4 inch casing layer on all my tubs.

Some things to try:
- increase spawn to 4qt
- dial in your tubs better, your surface looks dry - try Pasty Ez tubs
- stop pasteurising coir, it does nothing - you can just use water to hydrate
- use clones - this should be the most important - genetics determine the capabilities, your environment makes it possible to achieve that

For a modded tub, you shouldn't be fanning or misting at all. That's the purpose of modded tubs. Unsure of the sponges you got going on, but I would think that's too FAE restrictive, but surface looks dry. Guessing from fanning.
Genetics are key, and surface conditions. If humidity was to low, you'd have cracked caps in the standard cube tub. You can have perfect humidity, but can have a dry surface at the same time. Humidity and surface conditions are 2 separate environment controls. Just cause there's moisture inside your tub- on the walls, doesn't correlate to surface and sub conditions.
Honestly, think you dried up the surface a bit, from fanning a modded tub.
Also spawn ratio a bit low, and cut back on the verm to 25%
