Question about what to cultivate next.

Thanks to everyone here I have successfully created an environment for my B+ and it's working perfectly thanks to the information from you all on here. I have 2 grain spawns cooking to follow up after my monotub and the second go around I can already see improvements just from being more patient with the grain spawn bags and looking at them couple of times a day haha.
So now I am curious about starting another strain. I thought about sticking with cubensis (envy, GT, etc) but after looking around I noticed that a lot of information I am finding especially regards to % of psychoactive parts are similar to them. So I saw a chart that talked about azurenscens, bohemica, semilanceata and cyanescens (Which have higher levels of psilocybin than cubensis) and after reading about them I noticed that some of these are grown via wood chips, hay, etc and I was curious if my same setup for B+ which I used a grain spawn bag with an injection port for liquid culture would work just as well?
Thank you for reading!
Edit : Removed company name.

Take some spore prints and you’ll never have to buy spores again and you can usually trade them for other varieties too. I’d recommend sticking with cubes for the time being maybe try a PE variant. You can try some wood lovers at the same time but they will need different conditions than the cubes

Never thought about doing spore prints. Only have done injection so far. I'll read up and see what I need to do. Thank you for that!
Are B+ and PE similar in feeling? Only have ever done B+.

Are all cubes the same? Don't penis envys benefit from casing? Aren't albino Penis envys a,at least, potentially stronger?

Get into cloning. Find a great few donors, and work with them. Fun to try new stuff, but fun to tweak what you already have even more.

Alright I narrowed down and I think I'm going with Purple Mystics Cubensis. Seems like it will look different than what I currently have which is cool.
Maybe there are fellow Purple Mystics out there :P.
Thanks for the help for making the decision go faster.

Would you recommend that to a beginner? I am still in the process of my first monotub. So a lot of this is way over my head currently haha.

Like the old mantra on here says, "a cube is a cube, except for PE".
The experience is is essentially the same, but PE tends to have 1.5-2x the actives as a normal cube. Growing conditions remain the same.
I'd try PE next if I were you.
If you want to get good yields and high potency without having to completely re-learn how to grow a different species like pans, azures, etc. I'd recommend this:
Keep your same setup for your big bulk grow, but first, when working from MS, do a shoebox or a few bottles (check Muda and Violet's bottle teks) just to get a few dozen quick random fruits for variety, and select the fastest growing, healthiest fruits to clone to agar.
THEN once you have a good clean culture of a badass fruit, inocculate your spawn with part of that agar culture and do your bulk grow as you always do, assuming you've been doing it right.
Then you can use that agar to perpetuate cultures and keep master grain jars going indefinitely from a biopsy of a single beautiful mushroom.
Not trying to steer you away from other species altogether, but your questions lead me to think you probably aren't experienced and knowledgable enough yet for anyone to comfortably recommend you switching to trickier species just yet.
Everything I just recommended to you is what I plan to do personally going into the next few months once I get a few remaining supplies.
Plus, like cron said, tropical species are much better for indoors anyways.
If I understand correctly, lots of wood lovers are very hard to grow indoors and some are basically impossible because they have to have some form of symbiosis with a natural ecosystem. I believe Fly Agarics are one of those.
Anyways, wood-lovers seem awesome and i'd love to grow some some day(I haven't even ever eaten any from elsewhere) and I hope you do too, but since I got started i've learned time and time again that patience is the number one rule. Don't get ahead of yourself and try to skip to the finish line or try to do expert level shit before you're an expert at beginner shit. (Not accusing you of doing so, only myself) My bad buddy, I just took a ridiculous dab of some beautiful live sugar right before I started ttping and this is feeling very rambly now. Seacrest out ✌
*I am definitely NOT a TC and fully acknowledge that some, if not all of what I just said might be fucked. Take everything Noob says with a grain of salt*

Depends on if you've got good sterile technique. I was intimidated by agar for the longest time and I'm about to start using it asap now that I've read up tons on it lately and seriously, if you read up enough, you can do it, and should.
Finish this tub first, while it's doing its thing, get some suitable pp5 plastic containers like glad rounds, some agar powder, and check out some trusted agar teks. D3monic is THE agar wizard around here IMHO, but there are a dozen simple and trusted teks to suit your needs.
You have a SAB right?

Haha I love the comment and I hope you're still enjoying your dab . I have hardly any experience. I have only done 1 monotub and I couldn't believed it worked and still to this day growing. I have 2 other grain spawn bags of B+ going and already seeing night and day difference in growth and time compared to my current one so I was getting a little too confident :P.
I have only ever heard of people talking about agar and saw a couple of videos on YouTube but felt it was a bit too advanced so I didn't pay much attention to it. I ended up buying substrate and the grain spawns in bags and did the whole monotub thing.
The current vendor I get my liquid culture from doesn't have PE which is a shame unless it's has multiple names and I'm overlooking it.
Going to def use this as a reference later. Thanks for the info!

PE is penis envy if you didn't catch that already. I'm trying to remember who I got mine from. I'll pm you once I find out.

I am careful with my sterile technique but it can without a doubt be better.
Just watched about 4 videos of agar and cloning.... holy shit is that cool. The one thing I didn't see though is once you have mycelium consume the agar dish do you just then transfer that dish into your substrate and let it grow as normal? Any special way for transporting?
I don't have a SAB but just watched 2 videos on it and that seems easy enough as I already constructed a monotub.
Will be spending the next few days researching more on this.
Thanks a shit load for taking the time to help out. This cloning thing is going to save a lot of time and money.

Won't say cloning willsave you lots of time immediately. I will say, over all consistency and results should be more predictable, after the clone culture has been tested. Then run with that culture for months on end or years. Don't bet on a single specimen donor, if and when you get into cloning, you should work with 3-4 donors, 2-3 samples from each. Lots of variation in this hobby, and cloning fungi, has more diversity in cloned tissue, than cloning a plant. Plants tend to clone true the parent, fungi, not so much. Only reduces the possible genetic pool outcome.
