Does anyone add manure water(leftovers from the bucket tek pasteurization) to agar/liquid cultures?

Bucket tek manure sounds like a bad idea.. have you done it successfully before?

Probably not. But leftover manure water in agar has been done.

I didn't even see the bucket part lol. Bucket manure is a great way to guarantee failure

ya for sure. in fact when i do my manure/straw pan mix on the stove each jar has its own thermometer in it. which i know is not needed but i like to know where each one is at temp wise cuz some are hotter/cooler than others pending on where they are in the pot. i wish bucket tek would work for that tho cuz itd be soooo much easier and take far less work thats for sure

You could probably get temperature and insulation just right with some mixing to do bucket tek manure but also is it worth the hassle or trial and error
