ABOVE IS NOT A PLASTIC BURNING DESIGN ITS JUST A CONCEPT DRAWING Citation from https://flo-bro.com/burn-plastics/
Lets face it petri dishes for a grower that deals in psily are incriminating. The only sensible solution is a high tech stove that burns your petri dishes at such a higtemp the heat leaving the top of the flue is clean.
Pros Burn your petri dishes while causing no environmental issues. 2 also a document incarcerateor i am sure there are more.
cons probably prohibitively expensive what maybe not http://www.takepart.com/article/2014/11/12/low-pollution-stove-can-cook-dinner-generate-electricity-and-charge-phone/
WOW $16 production cost!
That looks like about like it can burn petri dishes and cok your food with a clean fire!.
KEEP IN MIND FOLKS technology in these stoves allows plastic to be burned cleanly!

Did you read the article? Can burn plastic cleanly only if VOC producing product(plastic) is 8% or less of the total fuel load. So to burn your petris, you’d have to load up the stove with wood or charcoal, and slowly feed in plates. If you’re generating enough plates that disposal is an issue, this is not likely an efficient solution. Maybe try glass petris and reuse?

It's not hard to take out myc agar from a petri, like jello. I see absolutely no reason to put plastic fumes in the air. Take out the agar, and put them in the recycling bin somewhere. It's not difficult, and certainly doesn't need a burning contraption.
Empty petris are not illegal, lol.

Ok,
A: You cannot burn plastic and cause no environmental issues. Burning plastic throws a ton of toxic shit into the air, that's why we don't do it.
B: "document incarcerateor" - I'm not sure why you'd want to put documents in jail, but it would be better to just throw them away as well. With the petris, in the trash.

Just do this.
