Guilty! Super stoked to be part of this, try some different shit (including getting fancy with the log) and learn a bunch of new shit from all of you. My plates will also have a ton of condensation due to the fact I took a hiatus from any agar work while growing out some Melmak and APE(still waiting on pins) and put the plates in the fridge not knowing when I’d get back to them. Condensation might help germ?

Should be fine. I usually keep one or two media bottles in the fridge, sterilized and ready to go. Just melt in the microwave and pour. Plates should be no different as long as they're not open.

I tried this but all of my hobby tables were old and beat up and had dips and curves so the edges of the SAB had gaps and allowed aircurrents. I suppose a towel or something would fix that but im good with unlevel plates for the most part.



I am so damn excited!!!
I keep taking a break from hanging new light in my greenhouse to come check the thread.

And don't worry all you sooners, I'm not mad if you started early. Just....disappointed.
