It would be miles from my vehicle. Packing some wrapped plates would be easy enough. Think a zipped up tent in little to no wind could function as a sit-in SAB? haha. I kinda want to try that just for the fun of it. Get it, zip it up, mist it down and let it settle. Maybe empty out my pack and open plates inside for a little extra cover.....

Offering up:

1) A pack of ten (10) random (labeled) cube/exotic/edible prints for the heaviest cube fruit by the peak full moon in July (the 24th). I will announce the winner on the 25th.

Fruits must be cleaned of substrate/debris.

Fruits may not be soaked or sprayed or altered prior/during/after harvest by at least 48 hours. SLIGHT misting is fine.

A photo of the fresh and cleaned fruit on a scale must be submitted in your post/log.




2) A pack of ten (10) random (labeled) cube/exotic prints for the longest/tallest cube fruit by New Moon in July (the 10th) Winner will be announced on the 11th.

Substrate/debris must be cleaned/removed prior to photography.

Photo must clearly show the fruit next to/touching a commonly used measuring implement like a ruler or yard/meter stick.

Measurement shall be from bottom of stipe to the tip of the cap (no sideways caps).

Mutants and oddballs welcome and are not subject to the previous stipulation (caps and stems grow how they do sometimes).

No fruits maimed or broken to be longer than they are.




3) A big dark "Fiji" cube print for the first successfully fruited LAGM2021 clone.

At least one fruit must reach maturity. Maturity shall be determined by me (harvest ready or able to make spore).


Contests will be marked with "(CLOSED)" the moment decisions are made so all entries will be included until that time. Please check for the "(CLOSED)" indicator prior to posting.

Some exclusions may apply. Inquire privately if you are curious.

Most likely more prizes will be added here by me as this progresses.

Lol we should do a print pack of “newer better genetics “ for the biggest loser too 🤣 dinkiest fruit or something but not related to just poor conditions

I’ll donate some swabs and prints. I’ll have a lot more handy by the time it comes around.

We just got 8 inches of snow here. As soon as I finish clearing my driveway and sidewalks I'm going to hit the SAB. I've got 10 jars to noc up and will get a sleeve of plates poured so I'm ready for New Years Day. Cheers!

Oo! Since spore color has kinda become my thing;

I'm offering a 10 pack of random (labeled) cube prints to the member who has the most colorful spore print!

Rules include: print should be on the shiny side of some aluminum foil or if you want extra credit you could do it on standard white copy paper.

Faint or dark aren't necessarily factors to me but I'd like to see a healthy deposit of spores.

Allow prints to dry for 24 hours before taking a pic. Try to get the best lighting to catch the color!

My deadline for this will be 20APR2021... or 4/20 if you wanna be childish... lol

The ugliest most unprofessionally prepared print I have ever recieved back in 09.
It was sealed wet on crumpeled up foil & a 2 yr old scribbled something like BHT in green marker then attempted to fold it up the size of a dime.
Fast forward to last summer my old print collection came back to me after being stored in a non climat controlled garage exposed to many extremes for many years away

I b damed if that was one of the few that actually popped.

Hahaha! Of course!my first go round with cultivation was back in 07-08 but I was just growing to eat... I didn't do agar or take any prints... just syringes and cakes...

Now tho, I do a lot of giveaways and get offered all sorts of trades... ive gotten some ratty ass "prints" from quite a few people... sometimes you can tell they got it in a trade and have taken samples off of it... other times I just scratch my head like "how did you think that was gonna work?"... lol

I'm not sure how invested you are, but you could make a rudimentary frame out of a couple wire coat hangers and put a clear bag over it.

I couldn't find  hangers, but I made a ludicrously mini version out of a sandwich bag in about 2 minutes.

Awe, making a girl blush lol.  I gotta send you some hot shit. I haven’t made any hot sauce this winter because my reflux been so bad it’s tearing up my esophagus. Even stuff that was mild hurts now. I think I still have a few bottles of my spicy fig hot sauce I made and smoked pepper powders. See how much shit I can pack into a sfrb.

edited my main post, just switched the PE for LPEU, gonna keep that PE to my journal I don't want to make too much work for myself because I needed to restart LPEU anyway.

HOWEVER I just got huge a wave of excitement for this grow/thread after reading Gypsy's post about the spirit of LAGM in regards to the start time and what not, it just really pumped me up, anyone else super excited??
