I run a nano soda brewery. To get my kegs shelf stable for just a few weeks I have to pasturise the tea, sterile filter it hot, and fill the kegs hot.
Shelf stability is notoriously hard to achieve without alcohol in the bottle.
Mine stored almost for 2 months.... That's an achievement. Also yes it was in the fridge for those 2 months.

2 months is long enough I reckon, but I was looking into some methods to extend shelf life...
Here is a recipe I found, I bet you could do it all in a PC: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/how-to-bottle-iced-tea.115033/post-2179566
Some talk of using Campden tablets too, but these are primarily in wine making: https://www.midwestsupplies.com/blogs/bottled-knowledge/what-is-the-purpose-of-using-campden-tablets
My favorite solution to long term storage was creating concentrated tea and freezing it. When you want a glass / dose just add water!

See I wanted to make something out of the shrooms that didn't look pritty you know the ones your to lazy to harvest then next day look black af. I wanted them as Christmas presents so people don't have to drink then the day/week you give them. Two months is a long time your milk don't last that long. And if someone is not doing the tea in two months then they are not true shroom trippers
