Getting over mono.
    #27100366 - 12/21/20 06:17 AM (3 years, 1 month ago)

Been down and out the last 3 weeks. Oddly caught mono out of nowhere. Stuff really puts you on your ass. Haven't missed. a day of work in 14 months but now I've barely left my bed for weeks. Back to work on Tuesday, but apparently I'm more susceptible to covid now.

Damn, sorry to hear that OP.

Get yourself as strong as possible, immune system too.

Eat good foods. Drink plenty (~3 litre a day) of water.

Have a good multivitamin if not already.

Be vigilant with the hygiene and use of protective wear, when returning to work.

I eat pizza 9 times a week and am a total whore.

I'm moving over to lasagna and comic books.

95% of Population has Epstein-Barr so there is a good chance you already had it.  Sometimes a traumatic experience like a car accident or other extreme stress situation can trigger your immune system to get wonky and let the Epstein-Barr take a foot hold.  Although, all the whoring around may have been the vector for the virus.  Sorry to hear you're struggling.  I have Lyme and Chronic Fatigue, both of which I used to think were bs, so I empathize with that exhausted feeling.  Sounds like your diet could use some work.

Mono takes forever to resolve. I spent an entire summer sick with mono. Didn’t even know what it was for months. I was just constantly feeling tired and having sinus problems.

I ended up having sex with this chick I see sometimes. She knew I was under the weather. About 10 hours into it she took me to the hospital.

The cop there actually searched me for being "too animated".

After finding out I had mono I deleted my Facebook and bought 2 ice cream cakes and just sat inside the last 3 weeks playing Nintendo. Ice cream cakes were a horrible choice. The chick did not catch mono thankfully.

I feel pretty decent now. I asked for a raise coming back to work. Hopefully I get it. Hit my 90 days on management this week, so I could use new shoes.

Get a new shirt to go with those new shoes.

I actually don't party anymore. I still lose my shirt. Aside from weed I have no other chemicals in my system.

Every now and then I remember where I came from in the comfort of my home and a couple times got sold MXE as ketamine and lost my shirt all over town.
