Pins seem stalled

Hello all,
So I'm experimenting with a grow tent. I've got the lights (though not on right on), 2 humidifiers on timers so it doesn't get over saturated, a couple small fans inside, a professional fan from the outside blowing fresh air in every 2 hours for 20 minutes. Its a decent setup, in my opinion. This is the first time I've done anything like this, I am used to mono tubs. So I've been working with the humidity, not too much, not too little, the lights I have on for 4 hours in the AM and 4 hours in the PM. They are fluorescent grow bulbs x 4 - so I think those are good.
Recently, I was blessed with two tubs that had some great flushes, where I couldn't even get my hands in to pick the mushrooms. They where Golden Teachers. The only thing I noticed is that while tightly clustered, they where a little short. Nonetheless, I was pleased.
But I wanted to write about these other two tubs (B+). I thought I was in for a good flush. Lots of pins. I had that "I know its coming" feeling.
Then,... they have just kind of stopped. In my experience, mushrooms when you see pins, its only a matter of days and you have a full blown mushroom. These, I haven't seen much change in the last 4 days. I could be dead wrong and not being patient enough.
I have decreased the humidity seeing if that might help while increasing the FAE.
I just don't really know where to go, how to spark them - IF they can be spark into growing.
I've included some pictures and would include more if need,... I hope they give you a little idea of the tubs and setup. Again, they are B+ strain.
Thank you all for your time, stay well.

Almost looks like it could be too much air exchange? I've never seen a tub like that with large holes and no poly fill

Sam,
Thanks for reply... I guess I was just kind of trying to mimic outside. I figured it being in a tent that I don't open that often - that would be okay. I wanted to give them open air - I thought that was the idea behind and what I have seen in other tents. Could be totally skewed thinking though. And also, those where old monotubs... I still am growing from monotubs but do so in a separate area- trying to compare.
Thanks

Yeah just mist lightly so you see little water beads on the surface, don't let it pool. The idea is you want constant evaporation of the water droplets. If you can dial it in just right you would nearly never need to mist or fan, the droplets would condensate and evaporate by themselves. Usually you'd need to still mist here and there with a really well dialed in tub though. Use that set up with unmodified tubs and see how you do.
