ID mushrooms I saw in the park

Code:

Habitat:
Found on woodchips in a public park in south central Wisconsin in late August

Gills:
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Attached picture

Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

This was a few months ago. Tough to say. I think the picture should help

Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.

Spore print color:
Very important!

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

For sure happy to help. Your situ pics are good next time also include a good pic if the stipe and gills.
For other species gill pics are necessary.
