You gotta post the direct link, which based on my ~30 seconds of trying to find, appears to only be visible to OP.

Well I definitely know what you mean on that but this obviously can be applied to everyone regardless of political leaning. And whatever else for that matter.
Anyway I enjoyed the conversation with you -- have a good night

True, but this is the politics forum, so...relevant.
There's also a measure of schadenfreude involved. Especially since much of it is self-inflicted. I mean at this point, "COVID denier dies of COVID" is a meme that's playing out across thousands of US households daily. I can't help but laugh. The new one I've seen lately is republicans complaining that the government isn't working after they elected republicans that openly campaigned on the idea that government working is a bad thing.

I kinda have to agree with Trump here. The $600 is pathetic as well as all of the money going to foreign countries.
This bill isn’t just the covid relief, it is also the government funding bill for the next few months
And there's a lot of money being spent in there that doesn't need to be spent or could be spent more wisely.

Where the fuck did 83% of my money go, you fucking republican shitheels? Why the fuck did Moscow Mitch get re-elected with an 18% approval rating? Anybody check the voting fraud on that?
Somebody second amendment that republican bitch.
I heard Egypt got $1.3 billion. Sudan $700 million/Israel $500 million/Ukraine $435 mill/Nepal $130 mill/Burma $135 mill/Camodia $85.5 mill/Pakistan $25 mill.
I also heard $26 million went to the Kennedy Center. $1 billion went to The Smithsonian. $154 million to the National Art Gallery. $14 million to the W Wilson Center. $600 dollars to US citizen taxpayers
This page breaks it down: https://www.zerohedge.com/political/pork-city-here-are-most-ridiculous-pet-projects-900-billion-spending-package
Kryptos you are very dishonest to hang this pork on the republicans, this was bipartisian across the board.
The bill also makes illegal streaming a felony.
Republicans: control White House Republicans: control Supreme Court Republicans: control Senate
Republican voters: WhY ArE tHe DeMoCrAtS bLaMiNg OnLy RePuBlIcAnS?!?

You have the intelligence of a fourth grader.

Then again, maybe the republicans do control all those things.

They’ve been trying to negotiate this thing for weeks and trump has been completely disinterested in anything but his own grievances about the election. His people negotiated this deal, and after it’s done he does this? It’s a fucking stunt. Pelosi has called his bluff let’s see what he says

It’s too late. That’s why it’s a stunt.
His veto will be overridden, and then he gets to say how he tried to get $2000 but congress stopped him. It’s fucking theatre. What’s amazing is how well it is working on people.

Just read that buried in the bill is a provision that would give a 10 year prison sentence to anyone that is illegally streamed content. Wonder which side came up with that provision? Seems extreme right and frankly bullshit to add to a covid19 relief Bill. Apparently Trump waited until they signed the damn thing to point out flaws some legit and some weird. Trump wants to do $2,000 per person allegedly and that's what the Democrats wanted to do all along don't worry stonewalled by Congress and the administration. So now we're in the position where after months and months of crucial time for businesses and Families financially has come and gone and people need help now. To know that some bullshit like 10 yrs prison for illegal streaming is beyond scummy politics.

Good job at avoiding the question. Regardless of the circumstances around what he did beforehand and his motives I still agree that the bill is bullshit.
