Spacey Music
    #2695903 - 05/18/04 12:22 PM (19 years, 10 months ago)

I love music that makes me feel like I am floating or lost in space. Pink Floyd's "echoes" really does this to me. Also, so does radiohead's "Subterrenean Homesick Alien" Does anyone out there know of any other music that would make me feel this way while trippin'?

Vaka, great recommendations.

Also try Biosphere - Substrata. More earthy ambient music, but good nonetheless.

Liquid Mind, Higher Intelligence Agency, Bola, Casino vs Japan, Vangelis, Gus Gus, The Orb (Adventures In The Ultraworld *****)

you need to get your hands on some goa/goa ambient.

Try infected mushrooms second disc on the converting vegetarians set.

I recommend Devotion by Rasa (http://www.spiderbytes.com/ambientrance/ras-d.htm) for an Indian-inspired deep, textured but flowing vibe. I listened to this the first time I ate mushrooms and had a really positive, spiritual experience.

The entire CD "Kid A" by Radiohead is a space trip.

Kid A = Excellent So many different aspects are thrown into this album. Happiness, Insanity, Fear, Bliss, etc. Every song is like a different feeling...It's beautiful, but sometimes scary. Especially the crazy ass sax solos in The National Anthem :mushroom2:
