Help with monotub

A little help would be appreciated. I am just not getting anything to fruit besides a couple that came out of the sides or from the bottom. The substrate wall is contracting all the way around... is it getting too dried out?
Also is the yellowing the mycelium metabolite? Or an issue?

A little more details would be of great help.
What's your FAE situation?
Are you misting lightly and avoiding pooling water?
If you can try to take more close up pictures so we can see the surface a little bit better.

Sorry for the details or lack thereof
I initially grew in rye berries then transferred to two tubs (5lbs each tub). One is still in the closet in total darkness and this one I have had in a grow tent in complete darkness for about a month. I decided to add light to see if it would fruit and the mycelium growth really started to come on but fruiting has been limited.
The medium is from High Mountain Compost (I think they're a sponsor) that's dung, soil mixture. I have misted a few times even though HMC recommends not for a monotube. The reason I mist is I live in a high desert environment and my house is usually lower than 35% humidity. I am going to start glueing a small hygrometer into the tubes prior to use in the future. So that being said I don't have readings from inside.
The container is a 26L and as said prior has 5lbs of medium in it. When picking the few fruits that have developed the substrate feels like soft moss so I assume it's plenty moist. *I do have a humidifier that I can place in the tent but haven't used yet nor in prior grows. But all I have done prior is just mist on a few occasions.. mainly spraying the lid really well.
My light in a Costco led shop light that doesn't radiate much heat at all but with that said the room I have the grow tent in fluctuates between 60 at night and 70ish during the day. *The coolness of that part of the house has slowed the other rye berries I have started and also the other tub that is about a month behind the one I am asking questions here about.
This is my 4 or 5th monotub and I seem to be lacking in the yield department in all of them. I haven't been too concerned about it because what I do yield is enough for personal use. I do have a few friends that want me to share so now yield is more of a concentration.
What is my FAE situation? I apologize I am not down with all the lingo.

Improper microclimate on the surface, if you live in a dry climate a casing helps.

Ok that makes sense, I have never added a casing. Would sterilizing coco coir and throwing semi-wet on top do the trick?
Is it too late to case this one? Would adding a humidifier on a timer in the tent help?

I don't think casing this late will hurt more than just letting it run like that. I would throw a layer of coir on top of you have it. The mycelium will start to digest it but it will help a bit, preferably you want a peatmoss and verm casing as cube mycelium wont really try to eat it.
