Redneck Grow Room - Mycelium too wet?

Hi All - I grinded up about 20 pf cakes into a coir/verm substrate about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Everything went great, so I birthed them on Tuesday. I'm worried the mycelium is too wet. There's no pools of water, but a lot of droplets. The substrate just feels too wet, but I'm not sure.
Setup:
Grow Tent 3x4x7' Fogger Forced air heater Two fans ( one inside added yesterday to help push air ) LED light bar
I have a controller for the heater and fogger, set for 70 degrees and 95% RH. It keeps those very well. I have both of the fans going for 10 minutes every 6 hours. There are air filters for both the input fan hole, and the exhaust. The fan does get some air in, but I'm worried it's not enough. When the fans go off, they drop the RH to about 80 and the temp will drop to about 65. I have two going because it seemed like the input air wasn't really pushing the air out like I'd like. So the input air pushes clean air in, and the fan inside is supposed to push air toward the exhaust. I can feel air going out, slowly, but it is going out.
I'm also a little worried I may have put them to fruit a little too early.
If I did put them to fruit to early, can I re-introduce pre-fruiting conditions to let the mycelium grow more?
Not seeing any movement in the form of pins, wondering if I fucked it up somehow.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm so close
Thoughts, suggestions?

Be patient. What was your spawn/sub ratio?

haha, ya I see lots of posts saying to practice patience. First grow so I'm anxious.
Not sure exact ratio, but I did about 1/2" sub, then a layer of 6 cakes grinded up, then another 1/2" or so substrate.
It took about two weeks to colonize, seemed like it was at 100%.
