White blobs

Hi, I'm still very new to this but after a lot of trial and mostly error I've managed to get a couple successful grows under my belt by using BRF half pint jars spawned to shoeboxes of coir (I'm going to get into agar soon I promise). On this grow I spawned 2 and 1/2 weeks ago I'm seeing these weird white blobs growing on top of my shoeboxes and can't tell if its normal for myc to do that or if it's a potential contam. I've had some issues with trich in this room so I'm worried about that. So far no green just these round white globules all over. Also hardly any pinning on top only side pins but I suspect that's due to cold temperatures in my room and foolishly putting the boxes on a shelf after spawning that was higher than the window. I'm going to keep an eye on it to see if these side pins keep growing or if the top changes color but any advice onto whether this is normal or not would be greatly appreciated 🙏 thanks for everything this is such an amazing community that's already taught me so much

This is normal pseudo-sclerotia imo. Your myc looks healthy and as you thought, this is normal for myc to do this IMO. Occasionally I even save these the blobs if they are many, and keep them as pseudo-truffles. I see these often. You may see them more frequently when the proper fruiting environment isn't provided. Too low humidity, not enough of the right type of light etc. If I were you I would be happy with its current state. Looks good. Make sure you get some natural or proper light in the room.

I read a post once by P.S where he explains sclerotia. These might be Pseudo sclerotia. Maybe go down the check list and calibrate your growing parameters. The Mycelium looks healthy.

this is no hardened mycelium so its no blobs or sclerotia, just strands of mycelium that are overgrowing the substrate, pretty normal, dont worry, the pins are growing normal

also sounds very agreeable imo

Finally started getting pins on top after 3 weeks but this morning these blue patches had also appeared overnight. Praying it's bruising and not a contam

Last update in case any one else has something that looks similar. I unfortunately had to leave these guys unattended for 3 days while I was out of time but was so happy when I came home to this. Clearly neither the white growths or the blue bruising seem to be having any negative effect whatsoever so I'm going to stop worrying about it. Cheers and thanks for the reassurance everyone.
