Geeze, all this shake talk...I'm in the smack against the side of my hand gang, but really I rarely break jars up because my clones run through a quart of corn in 7-9 days, no breaking up necessary.
Ooops, took clones, forgot to do anything with these ones, they fruited like this after ~4 weeks.
Pin covered in pins. This was 3rd flush.
RW spore print directly to grain. This is day 8! Never seen plain spores go this fast. Very pleased with this so far!
This APE literally ate this bacteria colony, and looks like it kinda thrived on it...
A rare (to me) example of wet bubble in a jar on grain. This jar is over 2 months old, I got lazy and didn't do anything with it, looks like it was a good choice not to! This was APE as well.

Free?! Lucky! I thought I was getting a good deal at $8 for 50lb!
My tek is pretty easy, I've been doing it for a while. I do use feed corn (not cracked corn, that's for makin' moonshine), it's about .5lb per quart jar, and it expands about 2x when hydrated. I first rinse the corn in a collander before cooking, thoroughly getting any dust off, getting out any bits of the plant material (stalks get in there) and trying to pull out any black kernels and the random other material (I've found clumps of machine grease, sunflower seeds, and lately BEANS!). After rinsing, into the PC with ~1 inch of water over the kernels, then cook at 15psi for 25 minutes. At 25 minutes, let the PC come back to room pressure on its own, then rinse very thoroughly to get rid of any of the starch that's on the kernels. I usually just put a mesh screen in my sink, pour the PC into the sink, then hit it all with cold water, aggitating the corn around. Gets it all off nicely. Let the sink drain and sit for a few minutes, then either pour the corn onto a towel on a table/the floor, or onto a towel into an empty tub. Dry the corn with towels, I go through 3 towels when prepping 40 jars of corn. Jar up, PC for 90-120 minutes at 15 PSI.
I believe I got my tek from EatYu about 10 years ago! The prep part takes about an hour and a half total time from start to finish (including the 30-45 minutes of cooking). I get excellent colonization time (for my clones it's usually 7-9 days to completion) and usually around 1oz per quart first flush. Easy to break up, easy to spawn!

I appreciate the enlightenment, definitely gonna try this. Also got a bunch of those 8$ bags, I feed the deer so they come fertilize my lawn for free lol. Pans like their poo.

Just spores. They look, taste and smell like shit but that's all subjective. Clean them off caps with a paper towel before drying if you like.

Just cased me 20 of these bad boyz and every one of them looked exactly like this one. The youngest one was only 6 days old. I plan to remove the blue tape and induce fruiting conditions 5 days from now.

What are they? They look a lot like natalensis usually does.
