Cant lie Im somewhat interested in this.

But another part of me thinks itll be mayweather skipping around the ring for 12 rounds and I end up wishing i had used that money on a nice steak dinner instead

Well it's an exhibition and not a real fight so it'll be more WWE/WWF than an actual real fight

If it were an actual fight, Floyd even at 44 years old or whatever will be able to knock this guy out at any moment of his choosing. I'm sure he'd carry Paul for a few rounds for the entertainment (like he did McGregor) and then when he's ready to call it an evening he'd KO him and go grab his paycheck.

I'm a big boxing fan but I'm no Floyd fan -- that said Floyd is on the short list of greatest professional boxers in history, meanwhile Logan Paul is obviously not a professional boxer. This is a circus sideshow that will be dumb but fun entertainment.

I don't know if I think it's exciting. Mayweather is either the greatest defensive fighter I've ever seen or his competition was not that good. I would love to see Floyd have to fight his way out of being hurt. Something like round 1 of Hagler Hearns. Defense in football is exciting. In boxing not too much, but it's very skillful.

No doubt he was a defense first fighter, especially in the back half of his career, and no it was definitely not a fan pleasing style, but make no mistake his competition level was very, very high.

He fought Oscar De La Hoya, Canelo Alvarez, Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Ricky Hatton, and Manny Pacquiao -- all of which are first ballot hall of famers. Heck Manny Pacquiao alone is on the short list of greatest fighters of all-time. And Canelo Alvarez may be in that discussion too by the time he's done.

Floyd was boring because his style wasn't explosive, instead it was to purely to outpoint his opponents. But he did so (and pretty convincingly) against many elite, high level opponents.

Floyd is really good at dancing around the ring and deflecting shots

I wonder if Logan will be okay after he gets KO'd. But then again I don't really care. He is going to get destroyed. Floyd is a professional fighter, he will be just fine
