IMO the biggest problem with drug use is people start when they are young and immature. Even if it's just weed and alcohol. What that does to your perception of drug use is hard to shake

The first time I tried the meth it was super potent, never seen anything like it since. Dude literally gave us free shit all summer, turned out he was an informant and when he rolled out of town everyone that he even knew about got raided. Fuckn pigs...
Anyway I couldn't really stand the shit, even though it was free I turned it down half the time, a few days with no sleep and i can feel the psychosis setting in; strange thoughts and unnatural urges, no thanks.
A couple months back some wacked out meth head was running around the neighborhood with no clothes on, went in the convenience store, nobody could understand what he was saying, was screaming at random people and shit, police arrested him and he was out of jail the next day. I have never seen that drug benifit anyone.

meth can make a person pretty paranoid, but i bet nobody was paranoid about the free-meth guy being an informant.

is that not enough? also somewhat of an understatement. it is not like a chocolate addiction.

Most people don't overdose on meth and addiction rears it's head in a myriad of destructive ways that have nothing to do with drug use. Addiction also isn't just this thing that happens it's more or less a choice to give in.

Let's define what a chocolate addiction would look like.
Clearly not "I like chocolate." More like "I consume copious amounts every day." How would that effect your health. Would that not also have a psychological impact? Teeth, organs, weight ect

Precisely, personally I've had worse experiences dealing with sugar than with meth. We all react to drugs differently.

That was actually one of the most fucked up parts about the whole thing, everyone knew the fucker was shady because it was a small town and dude rolled in because he married an old pigs granddaughter. Nobody trusted him, he continually got burned by random fuckos but he kept tossing out free meth and buying any drug he could from anyone that he could score from.
People were like fuck it, I'll take the free dope now over the chance of getting busted later.

will taking free meth from a cop there land you in jail? if so thats a very corrupt law and your citizens should not be sat on their asses waiting to be set up by the police.

Not everyone that took free dope got busted, but everyone got raided, almost, and anyone with dope in the house went to jail.
