Wagyu beef
    #27086933 - 12/13/20 08:47 AM (3 years, 2 months ago)

As some of you may know, Wagyu Beef is some of the best beef one can acquire either through a top tier restaurant or a butcher. There is 2 main types you will run into and that's Japanese Waygu and American Wagyu. I really don't want to get into the specifics though..

This past summer I found a butcher that carried Japanese Wagyu Ribeye for 25.00 a steak. I bought 4. To this day, those steaks were by far the best I have tastes. The flavor was extraordinary. Worth every penny.

Yesterday, while at the store with my wife, I saw a new selection of meats. Wagyu. American Wagyu. They weren't as thick and the cuts weren't as great as the cuts I had bought last, but still good non the less.

I'm def ready to throw them on the grill today and try these bad boys out. I don't think they will be as good though. Good, but not that good, but better than your average every day cut.

Shitty part is the forecast calls for rain all day. Looks like I'll have to bust out my big ass umbrella.

Normally steak fillets are at least 4 cm thick. Theirs about 2.5 which is a bit smaller than used to, but still taste really nice.

I cook it medium rare :awesome:

That is absurd (in a good way of course).

I get American wagyu from time to time. Never had Japanese wagyu/kobe. One day...one day.

If rather have Organic/Grass fed. Dont care aout marmilizing dont wasre about taste. Steak ALL tastes good. Healthy is most important for me.

Who gives a fuck if dickwag beef looks tastes and smells great if its fed GMO Corn feed all winter long.
If like some waggle cow but Pastures and organic feed in no grass time also organic grass no pesticides ect.

Jesus am I having a stroke? Just fuck it i am not correcting my misspellings.
