Okay so I've discovered I probably have ADHD. Part of the issue is partly due to covid-19 and not having to go to work but I end up spending the whole day laying on my bed and doing nothing productive other than looking at YouTube, the shroomery, reddit, and other internet websites. Lazy is the wrong word. I just don't really have any motivation to get up and fucking do something with myself. I find myself juggling multiple tasks at a time but at the same time getting sidetracked with other multiple things and then I forget about the other multiple things that I was juggling previously. for example, I will be making breakfast while at the same time making tea while at the same time listening to a YouTube video while at the same time surfing the internet while at the same time organizing my room and then eventually I will get sidetracked doing something else and then I will put everything off because I've forgotten about it. after my tasks are done I will just lay in bed all day reading the internet and looking at my damn phone.
I looked on Google but honestly don't really feel like reading a bunch of articles that are going to take forever to get to the point. So have any of you with ADHD or add had any positive experiences with microdosing? One time on a 60 microgram mini trip, I was able to focus on one thing at a time instead of juggling millions of things all at once. I know that is not a microdose but at the same time I feel like it gave me perspective on what it would be like to not have ADHD and not dealing with juggling millions of tasks at the same time.
Anyway I would love to hear your stories.

OP are you sure you have ADHD? I'm not a specialist. But, in my case when I find myself drifting off, like someone is talking to me and I lose focus of what's being said, or when starting many tasks at the same time or taking unnecessary steps to whatever it is I'm doing, when I catch myself on such situations, I mentally acknowledged it, take a brief pause, deep breaths and return my focus to what's most important of what I was doing. I hope this makes sense.
Edit: Ok I just remembered, but look up the correlation between foods like bleached floor and white sugar and other a-likes, I think there is something. Eat clean if you can.

You didn't answer the question of whether or not microdosing helped your adhd.

Ha microdosing helped my ADHD by helping me realize I don't have ADHD, I'm just genetically a part of a global change that's early stages and effect on kids has been mis recognized as a disorder. Hopefully this realization is helpful to you. Or maybe you just have ADHD.

What realization did it help you with? Can you please explain further?
