Leaving for 1 month, looking for suggestions about brf cakes (with pics)

Hello community! Long time lurker, first time poster

So, I've exstensively searched the forum to gain any info about leaving cakes unattended for long periods of time, but I couldn't find anything exactly like my case.

I've inoculated 4 32cl jars more than one month ago now(25 of oct). 3 of them are almost 100% as you can see in the pics, but one is colonizing very slowly(the wonders of 4 inoculation points vs 1).

Tomorrow I'm leaving to go back home for the Christmas holidays and I'll be returning in a month. My idea was to put the 3 of them in the fridge since they look consolidated for the most part and let the 4th do its thing in this 30 days period.
What do you guys think? Is this a sound idea? is there another way? Am I worrying too much? Lol

Anyway, thanks to anyone who'll respond, have a great day!

Maybe bring them with you?

If not, I'd just store them in a cool place, but not as cold as a typical refrigerator. It looks like they could stand a couple of more weeks in the same conditions you've been keeping them in.  I doubt the extra time will hurt anything.  Good luck!

Thanks for the input! I've decided to let them as they are, fingers crossed!
