ID request. I stumbled upon a Psilocybe specie with a very weird stipe, which is quite thick and hollow. ID?

Habitat:
I saw these mushrooms growing in some mulch and wood chips. Most of them are quite young, so I only took two for ID purposes.

Stem:
Quite thick, hollow, chalk white. Very noticeable blue bruising.

Cap:
Caramel colored, kind of wavy which makes me suspect a possible Cyanescens match.

Spore print color:
The mushrooms are too young therefore they haven't released any spores, and I've had them on foil for about 12 hours now.

Bruising:
Very noticeable blue bruising all over the mushrooms.

In this link you will find pictures of the mushrooms in question.

Looks like immature P. cyanescens to me. In which part of the world are you? (It sounds like these are uncommon to you)

They look like cyans.

Fuzzy Elk, what's your general location? Looks like young Psilocybe cyanescens.

I’m in the PNW. I’ve picked plenty of cyanescens before, but I had never ran across immature ones and with such a thick stipe.
