I think so. A closw up would show if surface conditions are good, I almoat feel like it could use a bit more moisture

Yeah I started to mist it more. It's wet on the surface but I do think it needed more moisture. It's growing like a wild fire rn

lol that’s an odd method. Do you keep the sub on that foil on top of the big tub or was that just for the picture?

So I'm doing it just for fruiting because I was using a garbage bag as a liner inside the tote but they were growing in the bottom corners an causing aborts. This method works and I've never had issues. Next time I plan on using black bags to prevent growth on the bottom corners.

Yeah when I have old subs or get a lot of side pins I do something similar. I use a big tub with wet paper towels lining the bottom and the sub on a rack.




The side pins weren’t caused by light though so black bags won’t really help. The main things are making sure your surface is on point and packing the tub in well so the liner gets sucked into the sides and looks painted on.
