Tofu roast beef stuffed with apple and squash. You have no respect for PETA and animals. Just a joke. Learned a lot about cooking during Covid as I don't eat out anymore.
Merry Christmas, cooking is a great skill. Two in my family are.
Not bad myself. Just not for a living for high end folks.

Tiger prawns, barramundi, small meats, various olives, various pickles, various cheeses, nuts... other various table goodies.
Always love putting a nice spread up for Xmas.

You going to eat it or just kill it?

Most likely prime rib and duck, the latter being my favorite Christmas meal!

We usually do a prime rib roast on the grill. This time Im going to take control and season it with many cloves of garlic, coat in pink peppercorns, kosher salt and black pepper, and maybe something like rosemary. Simple ingredients. But season it then vacuum seal it and let it sit for a day or so to soak in until cookin time.

Tamales, tacos and tequila.... it was the wife's idea. We're both German but she wanted to do something different. Jealous of all this prime rib talk, maybe NYE. I won't be denied shrimp dammit!

We do a scampi course the family decends like vultures sopping up even the last of the juices with the bread. New comers are judged on there tenacity to elbow thier way in for their share before its gone.
