Bruising or nasties?

*EDIT* I think its just bruising but am hoping for a more experienced opinion on whether I should toss this or not.
Second flush, mycelium growing over fungal tissue left over after harvest.
I accidentally overslept and left it dunking for around 28 hours and Supersaturated.
Attempting to let it dry out without letting it dry out. A tiny patch of tan slime appeared yesterday right near the top and I sliced it out with a sanitized scalpel along with a small portion of the surrounding sub.
The blackish parts are just really dark blueing from bits of shroom left over when harvesting the last flush, and from what I've read here, there's controversy over whether that's a contam risk or not.
Idk, but the one I carefully twisted and pulled all the fruits from looks great, and the ones I used a blade on look sketchy. Not to mention it kinda butchered my fruits, though I guess that can be attributed to user error due to inexperience. This is only my second grow, so I've only harvested a cake maybe a dozen times total over the last 6 months. I did use 70% iso wipes and flame on the blade.

I don't think cakes are affected all that much by mold or bacteria. Sometimes my cakes are left soaking for 48h and they smell like sour feet when I finally pull them out of the water. And then they go on to produce normal looking flushes after being completely throughly soaked in an astronomical amount of live bacteria cells (when you put cskes in water you will undoubtedly leech both some nutrients and some bacteria in the water and within a few hours you will already have achieved a turbid bacterial solution. Lately I'm changing the water every few hours while I rehydrate the cakes. Idk about difference in performance but they sure smell a lot better after not being marinated for days in a bacterial solution at room temp. I don't even see how a (any which substrate) should remain bacteria free after being soaked in water for more than 6h.
