Blue on mushroom stems

Hello i spotted some blue mycelium the other day and read it could be do to stress from mycelium drying out. So i started spraying the tub more often.
There was also some blue on the first and biggest mushroom, it seems to be fine during the day but get worse over night. I guess because im not spraying as often.
The tub is 99% humidity and temp fluctuates between 25-33c.
Not all the mushrooms have this just a few in the same general area. Are these going to be ok, and well they still be edible? (need a better pic i guess)
How much longer do you think for the big one to be done. I put it in the fruiting chamber last Friday.

First off, holy shit 33c!!! Thats hot as, this temperature will favour contamination. You really want to keep temps lower. Mid 70’s to high 70’s ideally. Im playing with a 72f temp at the minute to see if it improves fruit quality.
Its hard to see, the bottom picture would you be able to take from directly in front of it. The blue on the mushroom stem, looks like bruising, but someone with more experience might be able to clear up exactly why its bruised. If there’s contamination else where then it’s probably from contamination. Obviously when they get handled they will blue, has the chamber been moved around?
You want to pick before the veil breaks. So some look close. You can leave them longer if you like a huge mess.

Yes, the chamber is in a closet and i move it out of the closet every time i spray it as its too high to spray. so perhaps its from the mushrooms moving.
Also i figured that was to warm i try and get the temp lowered.
Thanks
Edit: heres a pic of the mushroom without putting my phone in the tub https://imgur.com/a/CdNVcTw

Could be as they are on the side and movement will put stress on them at the base. The bottom pic did look a bit like contamination but its too hard to tell from that picture. You will soon know if it is, as it will spread real quick. Just wait and see might be fine, either way you have some food.

Bruising.
Bruising can happen from, among other things:
Handling Improper Conditions (getting to dry or too wet) Being misted too close (spraying too close)
Bruised fruits are perfectly edible. When you go to dry your fruits, cut one in half. You'll see some part of it turning blue, sometimes even the entire stem inside will turn a hue of blue when cut.

I know it looks green but its not, the blue has reached a dark tone on the stem.

Thanks for the reply. I added new pics to another reply for a better look. I just hope i dont have contam. The rest of the cake looks fine just the oldest mushroom is getting scary.
But im guessing its from bouncing around when i move it. I moved it to another room so hope it helps.

Nothing scary, just bruising.
When I birthed cakes, I had some pretty scary looking heavily bruised cakes (because I handled them too much) and I even threw a couple out in a panic until I learned the difference between bruising and contams.
When I picked and cut my APEs for drying, they turned the darkest blue you can imagine. It is thought to be oxidation of the actives that leads to that color.
Either way, bruising is not a contamination. It can't "infect" your other cakes but, if it's bruising, you may be doing something improper to cause that. If you treat your other cakes the same way that caused the first cake/fruit to bruise, the others may bruise as well. However, the extent of bruising seems to also be dictated by genetics. I've had some cakes turn blue from a simple touch and others I handled a lot did not change at all.

I noticed a tiny tear this morning i left to go shopping this afternoon and came home to it being open, i guess that means it's ready.
how does it look, safe to eat once dried?
I ask as this will be my first time trying any kinda psychedelics, i probably have to wait for more to finish but its a start. https://ibb.co/L9H6vyn https://ibb.co/7bm5G8H https://ibb.co/F66qpDH

Looks good. Psilocybe Cubensis Mushrooms are safe to eat when fresh (assuming no contamination on the actual fruit itself). Dry or fresh is fine, whatever you prefer.
It's definitely not enough if you're looking for a solid trip so dry it and store it until you have more!
Congrats!
