Adrenaline Rezeptors cause the bronchospams to stop. So try Coffee or jogging or something exciting? Whats the trouble with getting some asthma spray, or is a US kind of doctors cost money problem? Or are you anti-pharma?

Just dont have a docotor i go to here.
Have an over the counter inhaler but when it gets bad it doesnt help much. Used it three times in the night before waking up for good.
Might be something im the air where im at or could have to do with my job yesterday. My allergies were bad too after work.
We just started working on a basement refinish. Maybe something got to me.
At least its inspired me to buy an air purifier for my room and some herbs for tea. Need to get back to detoxing and keeping my body clean.
Appreciate the advice. Ill make some coffee here in a bit. Hoping i can fall asleep for a couple hours. Im tired as fuck.

Whats that? The herbs ?
Im doing everything i can.
Cleaned my diet up years and years sgo. That helped tremendously with my allergies and asthma.
But the asthma seems to be harder to beat.
Different shit just fucks me but idk what it is.
So clean water, fasting, herbs, spices, ill try anything.
I recently moved so i wasnt drinking purified water and no filter on my shower but im not sure how much those help or matter.
Cant hurt to have less toxins in the body.
But i think its more air quality. So ill try the air purifier and try preventive with the herbal teas.
Mullein, peppermint, lobelia, turmeric, garlic, honey
Hopefully it helps.
Cant hurt.
And when it gets this bad im willing to try anything and damn near devote my life to finding a cure.

I think a strong cup of coffee really helped.
I tried tea and weaker cup of coffee and nothing was working.
I tried smoking 10mg of dmt with mullein and it cleared me up good and proper in an amazing way, but didnt last long.
I microdsed a very small amount of mushrooms. About 20mg. Less than .1g
Spent all damn night just trying to get my breath back.
Havent been this bad in a very very long time. Was starting to think i might need to go to the ER this morning and miss fucking work. Really dont want that, just started a new job.
I know hardly anyone here is even reading this or cares.
Sometimes i just write shit on here more like a journal.
But im happy to say i think im good and finally getting my breath back.
Holy fuck.
About 3 hours of sleep and its off to work we go

You need to visit a doctor and get proper medication to get your asthma under control. You could lit die and it not fun to die in a panic cause you can't breath at all

Primatene makes over the counter tablets and an inhaler if you don't have a doctor. I have a rx for albuterol inhalers, and with a "Good rx" coupon the inhaler costs around $22. The primatene inhaler costs around $30. If I smoke a lot of weed my asthma gets worse, but environmental factors are the main cause of my asthma. The worst cause for me was ragweed when I lived in Kansas, but now that I live in northwest Oregon, there is no ragweed and I now react to grass and tree pollens. A trip to the doctor is much cheaper than the emergency room. Asthma is serious and can be very frightening. Another big trigger for me is cat dander.
I hope this helps.

Yeah i used that primatene over the counter inhaler like 4 times throughout the night and the wheezing just kept coming back. Shit sucked.
Pretty much gone just real tight chest.
Havent been smoking weed for a bit now.
Ill go to the doc but i dont wana take any preventive meds. I dont like them
But an albuterol inhaler would be nice
Appreciate the concern but i wont die
If i got that bad id go to the er but fuck that shit was bad idk what it was.
Still kicken me

Went and bought some organic fruit and raw garlic instead.
Realistically i wonder what they would do.
Give me some rX meds and send me home ?

I ate 4 cloves of raw garlic on an almost empty stomach. Last ate at 1230 and it was about 520 when i ate them.
Tightness in throat and chest is still there a bit, but to be quite honest, it was extremely effective at opening my airways and ive been taking the deepest strongest breathes ive taken since my symptoms. The wheezing has almost disappeared as well. It seems very slight.
Hmmm...
Might have to get back to eating raw garlic everyday. I wonder if i had some last night at home if i would have beat the flare up. I knew i had used it before but ran out the day prior.

The ER has diagnostic testing and the medical professionals to determine appropriate care.
At the very least can put your mind at ease.
What are the drawbacks?
