Question About Condition of Mexicana Jalisco

Hope I am in the right place. They usually tell me when I am not. To the point: So we decided to branch out from just cubes to some azures, Jamaicans, and Mexicans. Well, we had some cubes too. 2 Cube jars, long story. So we started 5 jars. 3 are white, as normal as I can tell. They are Jamaican, Azures, and a batch of Cubes. One batch of cubes has developed slowly, and has been isolated. The mexicana jalisco is producing some brown and yellow splotches, as well as some brown on the mycelium. Is this something to expect from Jaliscos? I am honestly so naïve its probably painful. I'm winging the hell out of this. We had a batch in the past develop some contamination, and we isolated it and let it go. Ate the fruit, it was as fine as any other. Is that what we can expect here too? Is this usual? Any advise, wisdom, suggestions.... just don't waste you're time telling me I don't know, cause I don't.
Thank you guys, have a good evening, and other courteous conclusions.

You still have time. If the white mycelium does not colonize over 1/2 the outside of the jar in 4 weeks compost them.

Alright, that was one of our thoughts, but with this being our first batch of jaliscos, wasn't sure what to expect, if this colorization is typical, or a sign of contamination. Trying to play it safe first just in case. We shall see how it progresses

Well, as of today, this is our progress. Out of the 4-5 batches we have done, totaling to about 20 jars, this one is by far the most colorful we've ever had. It is clear there is some greenish-blue growth, although small, it does lead me to assume that this jar definitely is contaminated.

Now, on our last batch, we did have one contaminated then, but it was only black in color and none of that mold grew onto the fruit. I isolated that jar from the others, and it produced a couple of flushes. Harvested and dried them all out, and kept those in a separate container than the other shrooms from the uncontaminated jars. We ate those last, and experienced nothing troubling, if anything, those days were less intense than those from the uncontaminated cakes.
Not having any experience with Jaliscos, nor any greenish-blue contaminant, what risks are we potentially looking at with this amount of color on this cake?
