Found these in the oregon coastal region while hunting winter chanterelles. In most around fallen pine branches. I've found liberty caps before and they have that same viscous film on the cap when you try and break it.

Gill spacing is a little too distant to be a Conocybe. Looks like a Mycena. Maybe Mycena robusta or metata. Hard to say though.
