Help with odd pinning on shoebox cake ...

This is my second attempt at fruiting a shoebox cake in my Martha. I have already harvested close to 2 oz dry from straight grains and one shoebox as part of this experiment, so I know the fruiting conditions are at least decent enough to support growth.
With this shoebox, I colonized whole brown rice with what I thought was a GT strain. If I recall, though, when I did the syringes to agar, I might have mislabeled the strain. Whatever the case, they are cubes, and this is what the cake looks like a week after going into the tent.
Pins on top of cake:

Side pins in spite of the liner being around it the whole time. I Just pulled the liner down when I noticed the side pinning yesterday morning.

Another look at the pins on top of the cake:

Does it look indicative of anything wrong at this point? Do I just need to use more patience and let the process run its course? Anything you think might need tweaking?
Thanks!

I see a few droplets of moisture, but they look sort of dry to me. The pins on the bottom could be indicative of moisture, meaning you are lacking moisture on the top surface. I also believe those to be hyphal knots on the top which could be interpreted as your myc trying to get going.?.? What is your FAE and misting schedule?

I'm not misting because it's set up with an Inkbird humidity sensor and a reptile fogger. The inkbird is currently set to 97, and kicks back on when it gets below 96. I fear the sensor on the inkbird is a bit suspect though, because my bluetooth temp/humidity gauge often disagrees with what the inkbird says. That said, the humidifier does run a lot. Maybe I should move the sensor, or set the thing to 99?
I have two computer fans, one running fresh air in from the bottom and the other venting air out the top. There's also a desk fan inside at the bottom of the tent, pointing up to circulate air. All three fans are on a timer to run together for 1 minute every 30 minutes.
Any suggestions for modifying? Maybe just plan to mist the cake a couple times a day to keep better surface conditions? Maybe move the cake down to the bottom shelf (humidity tends to collect more at the bottom)?
I really thought surface conditions were looking good last week:

There was actually some pooling on top last week, but it does look drier to my eyes now.

I am following to see what others say. I do not fan a whole heck of a lot and my mister (i too run an aquarium fogger) only runs a few minutes a day. This stuff is so hard to pinpoint... I hate sounding like the others, but trial and error. I also hate trial and error. HAHA

Yeah, me too, lol. I knew going all in on this Martha there would be more trial and error than going all monotubs, but hopefully I'll get it dialed in. This is really only my second grow with this setup.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Hopefully others will chime in too.
I'll update as I continue to monitor surface conditions.

So, I tweaked the fan cycle and humidity regulation early yesterday. I backed the fans off to run longer, but not as often (4 minutes every 4 hours). And I upped the humidity regulator to 98%, but with a wider threshold (8%). Not only does this seem to have improved my surface conditions, but it's using significantly less water in my humidifier.
Here's the entire cake:

Here's a closeup of current surface conditions and what looks to me like a whole bunch of new primordia trying to get started.

If all those little white pins will eventually fruit, the question is, should I go ahead and harvest what remains of the previous primordia and aborted pins before the next pinset develops? And if I do harvest them, will they be fine to dry and put into microdoses like normal fruits?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

So after digging around the forums a bit more I harvested these stalled pins/aborts, since they haven't grown in a few days and don't show signs of rot. All told I got over 100 grams wet, so I'm hoping it will yield at least 1/4 oz dry. They're in front of a fan and few watchful eyes.

I'm planning to dry them and put them in capsules separately from other yields. That should help me determine if they are indeed more potent per gram than mature fruits.
Here's to hoping the next flush rocks it out now that I have surface conditions in better shape.

I grabbed 65g wet yesterday, dried over night and got 7g. You should have at least a half... I will let you know how the abort were that I harvested yesterday. Plan on doing a little traveling this evening, if you catch my drift!
