d3 seems to be a liver conversion of actual vitamin D, that's the issue, vitamin D is absorbed through the skin and converted into D3, you are skipping the regular vitamin D step, that seems to be the key difference. You are skipping an entire supplemental step, the conversion of the original vitamin and nutrient that is later converted into d3 in the liver. There use to be a term called vitamin D1 but later they discovered vitamin D1 was a cocktail of compounds that are then converted into the d3 later, you are not getting the cocktails of compounds which are likely good for you, d3 isn't formed on the skin, other compounds are and supplements are skipping a key step in the process.
This is starting to remind me of what I read 3 years ago I needed a booster lesson.

Vitamin D is not absorbed through the skin. A photon of UV light hits a molecule of 7-dehydocholestol and breaks apart the benzene ring, creating vitamin D3

I can't see what he is saying but there is no reason for a discussion to be had here based on the replies you're giving. You are just relating non-debateable facts about human physiology that anyone with an actual interest in the subject would have discovered independently if their research and its interpretation had not been guided and obscured by confirmation bias. Anyone discussing this in good faith would just be like, "Oh wow, my mistake, thanks for correcting me. Are you aware of any quick primers or other good resources on vitamins and minerals?" To which I might gladly have scanned the relevant portions of my nutrition or anatomy and physiology textbooks for you to read, as I have done for other users.

wrong it makes D1 which is converted into d3 in the liver D1 is a combination of compounds that the liver assembles into d3

D1 turned out not to exist, which is why there is D2 and D3 and not a D1 D1 turned out to be a combo of things made on our skin absorb and convert into d3 in the liver. A bit ago I just read all about it it was a bit interesting.

So as a "preventive" I should take -
Vitamin d Vitamin c Zinc And what else?
I work outside doing tree work so I'm constantly in every type of weather and get a lot of exercise
I eat very little; bananas in the morning maybe a bagel pizza or chinese for dinner or nothing at all some days

C and zinc seem to be the main big ones unless there is a more recent development.

light is a catalyst in the synthesis of vit d
When a photon with a certain amount energy hits a molecule of 7-dehydrocholesterol, one of the bonds in that molecule breaks, producing a compound that then rearranges into its lowest energy state, which is Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is then metabolized into an intermediary compound in the liver, which is then metabolized in the kidneys into the active form of Vitamin D. Vitamin D isn’t actually a vitamin. It is a signaling hormone that interacts with receptors inside of cells to change their function. It doesn’t actually participate in any biochemical processes. It only signals a cell to do something.
The ability of a photon to break a chemical bond also suggests the capability to break other chemical bonds, including bonds within a cell’s dna. It’s a double edged sword.

if you have some vitamin D, zinc and vitamin C around, start taking it. 200mg zinc twice a day (yes that's a lot). As much vitamin C as you can tolerate. it will give most people GI problems at doses over 1000mg at a time. take it as many times as you can per day without giving yourself diarrhea. IDK how much vitamin D to recommend. 5000IUs with every meal is probably a decent bet.
take care.
i have been taking vitamin d everyday for about 2 months now
edit: it looks like i have only been taking about 1200iu vitamin d, 10mg zink, 60mg vitamin c
i will have someone grab me bottles so i can up my dose.
thank for the info!

What the fuck is wrong with this country? Nobody should be leaving their house if they have covid.
Btw, federal law provides 2 weeks paid leave if you have covid.

You don't even have to show symptoms in order to have covid-19. You can be a carrier and never ever get sick from it. It would pass right through you in a couple of weeks and you would never know it.
One time and it was literally only one time, I hooked up with a dude and we only did oral, we did not even have full-on sex. I fucking got chlamydia from him literally two weeks later. He was the only fucking person I was with for a while but his test showed negative for chlamydia. He said he's never had symptoms. While I was asking him questions after I found out I was positive, I learned that he never uses condoms and that he hooks up quite a lot. What the fuck dude. I took the antibiotics and it was cleared. I'm not into hookups anymore but after that I ALWAYS ask people about their sexual history.
so yeah you don't have to show symptoms of fucking shit in order to have anything and pass it on to someone. I'm not calling anyone a retard but people are so fucking retarded.

chlamydial is pretty mild stuff, its easy to have and not notice, so you got it all up in your throat? How did you notice? Sore throat or something?

Nope. My dick had a constant dripping discharge. Nastiest shit. I had to cover the tip of my dick with bunched up tissue to keep it from being noticable at fucking work and shit. I had to let it drip until I could use the bathroom to change the tissue. A constant drip. It didn't stop until the antibiotics were working.

Kinda weird, its not suppose to really transmit from mouth to dick, clymidia grows deep down in the throat when infected in someone orally so unless maybe you were deep throat fucking them all crazy like it would be odd to catch it that way.

It’s less common but still happens.
I’ve hooked up with hundreds of dudes and never caught an STD, except mono, but you can get that sharing utensils or drinking from the same glass.
