It's stupidly hard to obtain Salvia Divinorum at a reasonable price.

90% of websites don't take credit cards, then the one's that do want $40-$120 an ounce. That's more than CBD hemp or Kratom... Salvia is illegal in like 35 states... Wtf are these people holding out for? I am not happy about this; Salvia was one of the first herbs I ever worked with but at this rate, idk if I will ever work with it again. I'm finally in a State where it is legal, yet, it is nearly impossible to obtain without jumping thru a million hoops.

It's sort of like in a legal gray area to where you can buy it and possess it if not intended for human consumption. It is not a State online vendors don't ship to though... So no, headshops here sell Kratom and CBD but not Salvia extracts, but especially not the plain leaf salvia which is what I want for sublingual ingestion.

I think your best option is to buy a plant from a nursery for landscaping purposes.

Yw. I'll probably buy one, too. They seem like wonderful plants to have around.

I remember reading that salvia is stupidly easy to clone. As in, even a leaf that grows long enough to touch the soil will sprout roots. So if you can get a live plant you can probably very easily produce a small garden of it

That's Psychotria Viridis. Salvia cuttings are generally done with stem sections with 3 or 4 leaf nodes, so it takes more time. It's a delicate plant tbh, it suffers a lot even from small changes in conditions.

Thanks guys for the info. I'm sort of having the same problem with plants though, most websites are either from the early 2000's and shut down, or they don't take credit cards. I found some reasonably priced plants, but they want you to mail a money order, which frankly, idk if I trust that. If I wanted a lot of risk I would just buy some ALD52 online... If I do get my hands on a plant though I will DEFINITELY make clones. I currently do that with my Lemonbalm
