Thanks, I was thinking something non-active due to lack of bruising.

I think they look more like panaeolus as well. At least there are the right conditions, my wife only had about 20 min to find these before they left. Apparently the area is covered with poo shrooms. When I fly down in a couple weeks we're going to explore more of the area.

I'm definitely gonna agree with Pan antillarum. The environment, growth medium, etc all calls for that.
The bad news is those aren't active, the good news is that Pan cyanescens are generally found in the exact same place as those, even with a few inches away or so! So she's on the right track.

Keep the search up, youre bound to find them!!! Keep an eye out for psilocybe cubensis too, if you're seeing panaeolus antillarum theres got to be something good hiding out there.

So I only ate 2 and I was really drunk already so I didn’t really feel anything, but as I was going to bed I definitely had some very minor closed eye visuals, I think if I had eaten the whole handful I would have been gone. My wife had me scared talking about the episode of 1000 ways to die where the guy got brain amoebas from eating fresh kale. I figured I’ll just wait until I can cultivate them. I’m going up to the mountains today to search for more!

Make tea with them. Chop them up and boil for 15-20 min and drink up. That should kill 99% of anything that could be in them and put your mind at ease!
