Does LSD make you feel calm/relaxed or restless/nervous?

LSD makes me feel restless and nervous - if I find an outlet for this "energy" that state nonetheless feels stimulating in a very positive and euphoric way. In that sense the restlessness and nervousness isn't necessarily unpleasant - just maybe a bit overstimulated. But given that I am mostly "suffering" from some kind of anhedonia this is a diversion. But I have quite some trouble to just lie still and listen to music. Usually I need to consume something matching the stimulation - that could be porn or an exciting movie.
What I'm wondering is if this experience is shared by a majority or if a significant part of LSD users is feeling differently - for example calm, relaxed, collected.
Please share your experience with regard to that question!

during come up, nervous moments follow strange digestive and muscular sensations, but during peak and come down not so much at all.

I'm more and more converging towards a mental model helping me understand what LSD, breath exercises (Pranayama, Wim Hof, Breathwork, ...), meditation do and have in common. The short description would be that they inhibit a part of my brain which controls emotional processes some of which I am not consciously aware of. Those emotional charges are often overwhelming - either because they are unpleasant or because I can't deal with the positive emotional energy.
This is because I developed towards a personality characterized by overrationality, emotional tension, self-worth issues and depressive episodes. Though, also the other side of the coin - like sudden euphoria, social exuberance.
And this sense of being overwhelmed with neurological charge just going haywire makes me feel nervous and forces me to seek stimulation to suppress / deflect those sensations.
Now if that model is matching reality in a meaningful way then there would have to be also people who don't feel that way or at least not significantly because they are (more) at peace with themselves. Scientifically speaking I'd like to verify my model by examining a prediction based on it.

Both. LSD is a long experience that ebbs and flows.

That is true! I think my question is more aimed at the come up phase. After that usually some sort of an equilibrium is reached.
I'm not sure where I read it but I stumbled on the hypothesis that a mature buddhist monk possibly wouldn't feel much on LSD because he already is at a mental state for which I need LSD. In contrast to me such a monk would have mastered that state, though. Because when you mediate you also stop actively processing emotions actively. Of course this takes practice. Nonetheless, that is why some people feel anxious trying to sit down and meditate because it exposes them to feelings and emotions they otherwise suppress by means of stimulation, rituals, work ...

I'd say it can be both within the same trip. But for me, this is really a huge difference between batches.
I have batches that once the peak comes and about 2 hours in; my entire body is melted like butter, my entire body is completely relaxed, and I am yawning and almost ready to take a nap and just lay down for awhile. I've had other batches where I have tons of energy and want to hike for miles at a time.
Generally on very pure good stuff, I tend to have a little bit of nervous energy at the beginning - but once the peak comes I am totally laid out. But the thing is, if I needed too, I could get up and hike for miles without an issue.
LSD definitely gives me energy, but it isn't nervous energy. If it's nervous energy that I am feeling it's generally due to some sort of internal emotional/mental activity that is being expressed as nervous energy.

It can be calm at times, but the majority of the first half of acid trips or mushroom trips for me is like mile-a-minute analytical thinking gone into overdrive usually combined with a degree of panic or dread. Then it either settles into a calm and clear state of analytic observation, or a painful period of depression until I'm sober. I don't know how standard my reaction is though

I get restless for like the first...40 minutes
Then I sink into the trip like a nice cozy time. I mean, I guess I have energy no matter what but I would rather meditate and close my eyes on my bed

I'd have to say definitely nervous/restless. More so restless. LSD is always stimulating for me, even in the good "calm" meditative part of the trips still fill the air with an edge of energy expansion and stimulation. Your eyes are peeled open type awakeness. I will never physically feel tired on LSD, until the very long come down wares off. The restless part of the trip is on the come down for me, when I want to sleep but cant for about 6 more hours.
Mushrooms I have been so sedated before I could barely move, most the time falling into what feels like a waking dream, where the rest of the trip bodily feels restful, as if you were asleep but wakefully dreaming.

Only tested LSD analogs so not sure if I should answer the poll ... I feel restless during the comeup. I tried last time to lay on a mattress, eyes closed, good trippy music ... it didn't last long, even with a good setting, there came a moment when I needed to get up and move into the house.
I will actually not trip until hotter days I believe as I really dislike being home all the trip without the space needed to walk and nature to see.

Definitely feel the nervousness/restlessness. I'm usually very excited and often kicking myself for not taking more during the first hour or so, but after that I go into a period about 3 hours long where I'm basically freaking out on the inside, feeling either too cold or too hot or sweating or pacing or forgetting to do stuff. Feeling like I have to slow down and breathe then getting distracted by something. Then after that I usually feel pretty good and as the trip rounds the 8 hour mark I enjoy a wave of bliss and comfort in the trip being over and some lessons having been learned.

LSD is both bad and good it makes me really paranoid sometimes and sometimes it makes me relax. LSD and alcohol is good for relaxing weed makes it more cool in my opinion but a little more paranoid. I only had bad scary trips on deliriants specificly Dramine. I had a trip on 4-ACO-DMT that was scary at parts. I thought there where tiny bugs living in my body but it didn't bother me too much. I had been reading about germs so that was why.

Yeah a bit restless for the first 4-6 hours then comes the platue of relaxation, deep thoughts, epiphanies.
LSD anxiety is easily manageable for me compared to the relentless grip of the all consuming mushroom grapple hold.
LSD be like, "I can work with you bud", mushrooms be like, "Resistance only angers me and makes your punishment more severe mortal!"

Yes, but there is a true story from the clearlight family of people giving LSD to gurus in India and them saying the same thing. They take like 700ug, and just spend all night writing, reading, and copying sutras. Whereas most people if they took 700ug they couldn't read at all really.
My university professor also told me a story where he had a friend who did the same thing, with the same result. Sometimes I wonder if he knew the clearlight family!

Energizing in the body but relaxing in the mind. I spent the come-up of a 100 microgram acid trip just laying on my bed and staring at fractal zoom videos. I don't really feel energized until after my peak though and then after my peak I just want to get up and dance to the music. It is definitely not stimulating like caffeine or cocaine or anything like that. the energizing feeling is sort of like an electricity feeling like you can just feel this energy all throughout your body.
