Fruiting inside a grow bag?

Hey all, I currently have a couple 5 lb “all in one” grow bags which are now fully colonized and ready to fruit. I’ve read fruiting can be done inside the bag by introducing right temps, opening for air once a day and misting when needed. (With proper light exposure of course). So far, my only experiences are with using a sgfc where evaporation seems to be a key part of successful pin set and flushes. I understand the bags will hold moisture much easier, but why Is it not as important to Fan when using them? Any clarifications are appreciated!

FAE can not be created 'once a day' its a continuous process that should occur passively around the clock, at every moment. 'fanning' substrates to make them evaporate or to provide oxygen is the equivalent of hyperventilating once daily to 'optimize own breathing'. Makes no sense at all. Mushrooms don't require watering, they don't need to be sprayed unless the substrate surface is visibly drying out. Substrate should evaporate off moisture continuously but in a balanced way. Evaporation should occur gradually throughout the day warranting a light misting daily at most. If you find yourself misting several times a day then perhaps your FAE rates are a bit high. Too fast evaporation rates can not be countered very effectively by misting overly much. Both too much FAE and too much misting are equally harmful to the delicate climate (optimal fruiting conditions) that the grower is trying to maintain. Focus on creating a relatively slow evaporation off the substrate but one that is visibly occurring and changing as so called 'preferable surface conditions'. Misting is done to replace the moisture that has evaporated off partially or mostly from the substrate surface. This is the process of creating fruiting conditions generally speaking. Gl

This was the same 5 lb block that I decided to fruit outside of the bag for hopefully better flushes. The mycelium seems to keep growing fluffy and stringy instead of condensing into knots and pins. I open the tub daily for fae and keep temps consistent. Hoping the pics will help someone identify the problem, if any at all? I realize by now that time and patience seems to be the usual answer. Still wouldn’t mind input. Thanks to all !
