This is my first time transferring agar wedges to jars of wbs, it has been almost 5 days since inoculation and the growth looks like it is regular mycelium but it’s really fluffy, it is completely bright white no hints of grey at all. Is this normal or is something going wrong?

That doesn't look too bad for me for 5 days. After 2 days I normally have some thick fuzzy on my wedges in my jar. So by 5 days is would be taking off if it's healthy and the grain/seed is properly hydrated.
I'm running some rye berry jars that I put two agar wedges in on Nov. 11 and after a shake on Dec 1st theyre about 70%. O figure I'll shake them again in a couple of days. Then just 2 more days or so snd they'll be good to go. So like 3 weeks from wedge to full colonization.

Grain 2 Grain is MUCH faster. Of course. But you have to start the culture somewhere... and personally, I don't have enough trust in LC yet to try it.
