1.2 lbs of fresh picked Allenii -- Slurry?

Hey all.
I have a bit over a pound of fresh picked Allenii from my recent and very lucky massive find (8.5 lbs in all). This 1.2 lbs final harvest was of mostly over-the-hill mushies with the intent of creating a slurry @ home.
I've spent a solid hour on this site using the keyword "slurry" only to be more confused now than I was before.
Would someone be so kind as to share a link (or links?) to how I can best use this stuff to begin home growing?
Thank you!

uhh.. you want to cultivate those allenii? you need a sporeprint from them. why do you want to make them into a slurry? and what do you even mean by that, like a smoothie?

1. Blend it all up 2. Pour on wood chips

Haha yeah going from spores would definitely be much better, plus you can make an indefinite amount of spawn and just absolutely drench your town in mycelium
But the slurry will work as well for small patches
OP, why not both? It seems like you have plenty of mushies! Make sure to take some spore prints for yourself and for giveaways and trades!

I'm happy to do any and all. I've never done any of this before, so I don't even know what a spore print is. If you can point me in the direction of a step-by-step on...whatever it is you're recommending, it would help tremendously

For the slurry, see my post above
For spore prints https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24461957
For what to do with the spores and how to cultivate allenii, go agar>grains/liquid culture>wood chips= mushrooms!
All the info you need to do this is overflowing on this site. Go check out the woodlovers thread for some good ideas

This is great! Thank you.
RE: the slurry, do you recommend any specific mushrooms to water ratio? Also, should this be done outside? Do I need to water it daily? Etc.

Nah, the water:mushroom ratio is not really important. You can probably stretch it pretty far if you wanted to.
Watering it frequently is definitely not needed, especially this time of year. However, water on it never really hurts. I water my patches whenever I think of it, so I've never really stuck to a schedule.
Make sure to get the right type of wood chips. Hardwood is preferred, and the softer of the hardwoods (like alder, willow, etc) is even more preferred after that.
Oh and yes do it outside in a shaded spot. And prepare to have a lot of patience, you won't see any mushrooms from that spot till at least this time next year. But as long as you keep feeding it fresh woodchips, you can keep it going forever!

Haha, yeah! Thanks, man. I really want to make sure I do this right (spore print, slurry, etc). I've got the mushies in the fridge right now, as I'm headed out of town today/tonight. I'm going to work on the spore print and the slurry tomorrow. If I run into any hiccups, I'll be sure to stop by here and consult everyone.
Cheers!
