Perchance of Knowledge Though a Tongue Twister

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows “when a substrate is less susceptible to contamination?”  (Say it 3x fast). More directly, through the colonization phase of a substrate and the “fruiting stages”, when can one become less paranoid about contamination. Thank you so much and pardon my hokey bullshit. Happy holidays!

One way of determining how healthy your bulk sub is going to be is to observe how well the grain recovery is progressing. You want myc to fully recolonize on every piece of grain within a couple of days without any stalling, bad smells, or parts of sub that look funky or isnt colonizing like the rest.

You might wanna post pics every few days so other are able to help you figure out what's going on with your grows and how they're doing on a day to day basis. Gl

I have spawned to a CVG bulk substrate 10 days ago. The grain that I used as spawn went very well. You should be able to see pictures on my account. I was wondering when a substrate is less likely to get contaminated when one has already spawned that grain to bulk. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding.

I don’t think it’s really ever more or less vulnerable with coir but I guess at full colonization would be the strongest.

It’s very vulnerable when it’s soaking wet and contaminated spawn has been used.
