First Grow (PF-Tek) - Updated: Starting to fruit! (pics)

Hi there, I'm doing my first PF-TEK grow. So far it seems to be going great, the inner walls of almost all my jars are completely covered in white mycelium. It's been about 25 days since I inoculated them. I just wanted to ask if someone could please give me some advice, about how I can know when the jars are ready to birth? Most of the guides I've read say to do so once the jars are 'fully colonized', but I'm not sure how to tell when they've reached that stage.
Here are a few pics of how my jars are looking at the moment:

I'm guessing they're about there, but any guidance you can offer to help make sure I get this right would be supremely appreciated. Thank you.

The'yre ready. Fully colonized means all brown has turned to white.

Once they are fully colonized, i.e when you can't see any uncolonized spots left, it's standard to give them at least another week to consolidate. Sometimes they'll begin pinning in the jars which is a sign to birth ASAP.
I've even given them upwards of 2 weeks of consolidation because I needed other jars to finish for bulk and they were good.

Hi there,
I just wanted to share some updates on my grow.
I soaked and moved the cakes over to my SGFC a bit under 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately one of the jars had a nasty surprise inside when I opened it..

The rest all turned out fine though, so I was happy to get 11/12.

Unfortunately the vermiculite I rolled them in wasn't fine enough and didn't stick too well, so the coating on the cakes is pretty patchy. Something to keep in mind for next time.
After about a week the first pins began showing up on one of my cakes. Here it is now about 5 days later.

People weren't joking when they said the fruiting bodies would double in size per day, it's really amazing to see.
The rest of the cakes started pinning a couple of days ago, although unlike the first one they're all pinning from around the base rather than near the top. Hopefully they start catching up soon.
Anyway, thanks for looking! hopefully in the next update I'll have a container full of mushies ready to harvest

It's amazing when you wake up each morning and excitedly hurry to check you babies, only to see they've doubled in size. It's like Christmas everyday. That grow looks sweet and only one jar contammed from an ms syringe, that's pretty good going. Enjoy your mushrooms.
